I offer several options for home sellers to market their property. In addition to the Multiple Listing Service with up to eight photos, your property will also appear on the REALTOR.com and San Diego Union-Tribune's websites. Please listen to the audio files for more detailed information.

My Flat Fee Listing Services are designed for property owners who wish to add the Multiple Listing Service and its licensee members to their marketing plan. It is not designed as a way to circumvent the Multiple Listing Service or its members. I comply with all the rules and regulations of the Multiple Listing Service and its affiliated websites and services.
Flat Fee Listing: Basic
I will list your property in the Multiple Listing Service for a flat fee of $459.00. This is an MLS Open Listing Agreement which allows you to sell your home yourself. If a co-operating broker brings you an offer through the MLS then you agree to pay that broker a commission. You determine the commission amount when you list the property, usually 2.5 - 3%. Agents and brokers with interested buyers will contact you directly to show your property.
Your listing will also appear on REALTOR.com and the San Diego Union-Tribune's website SignOnSandiego.com. Home buyers that see your listing on these sites will contact me and I will arrange with you to show your property. My commission will be the same percentage you are offering to brokers who bring buyers from the MLS.
Includes the same services as the Basic Fixed Fee Listing plus a lockbox for a total fee of $499.00. The lock box gives real estate brokers with qualified buyers easier access to your property.
I will provide Pete Saxon Realty for sale sign with my company's name and phone number for no additional charge. Many sellers prefer to have me screen potential buyers. If I represent a buyer who calls on my sign then my commission is the same amount you are offering to other brokers/agents who bring buyers from the MLS.
If you sell your property yourself or with a co-operating broker I will assist you by providing and completing all necessary contracts and disclosures for you for 1.5% of the sales price. The total commissions are whatever you agree to pay the co-operating broker plus 1.5%.
This service can be added after you sell the property and which time I will credit you the totoal amount you have paid in advance for any of the Flat Fee Listing plans.
Exclusive Agency
This plan is a combination of the Open Listing Basic Plan plus the Broker Assistance Service. Under this plan you are free to market and sell your property yourself. If a co-operating broker sells the property then I handle the transaction with the other broker for 1.5% of the sales price. The total commissions are whatever you agree to pay the co-operating broker plus 1.5%. If you sell to your own buyer there is no commission obligation.

I have created CalDisclosures.com where you can download and print pdf files of all required forms, booklets and disclosures for a residential real estate transaction. Also included are links to the California Department of Real Estate's website and the ability to print legally required disclosure forms.
